PSR фин. коэффициент распределения прибыли* (коэффициент, по которому распределяется прибыль/убытки между партнерами; может устанавливаться заранее в виде фиксированного процента для каждого партнера (напр., 60 : 30 : 10) либо формулы, позволяющей рассчитать долю исходя из величины фактически вложенного капитала, количества привлеченных работников и объема других затрат)
